I can not place background videos

When I want to place background videos in JA Masthead on all pages, and in JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module, it does not allow me, it does not, I'm placing a file hosted on images / and it's an .mp4 extension, but it does not work. In the case of JA Masthead it has a default background image that I can not modify (although I want to place a video)

Hello

You cannot add videos as background in ja_masthead

To change images edit your ja_masthead module and assign the background image desired to the menu item where you want to change it.
