I have uploaded all files successfully except the selected one
the error keeps appear

The file showed in your screen shot is the quickstart file
Quickstart installation it is quite different from normal joomla installation - you cannot install it via joomla installer

Please follow documentation on how to install quickstart from template docs HERE
