T3 BS3 blank Template - Problem with article information

hello,

i have t3 framework v2.7.3 and just updated BS3 blank template to v2.3.1. Now the article information "tags" and the button for print / send email is not shown anymore below the article. With the previous version of B3 template it was working below. Show the article information above article still works.

Where could be the problem for that? I still need the article information "tags" below the article

is it possible to get somewhere a previous version of T3 BS3 template before v2.3.1? so I could just tryout if the article information works with another version (but i dont remember the versionnumber it was working with)
