Continuation of Question:
Upgrade of Template Needed I think so I can give credentials
because I had to enter the credentials so that you could go in and troubleshoot

ELIZABETH SAID:
Hello, when I try to upgrade the version of php for a website from 5. to 7. it screws up the whole site. If I must upgrade the template first, which file should i download. And do you think that that was the problem?
It is:
Responsive2
Responsive 2 - The Zen Grid Framework v4 update for the original Responsive theme.
And the site is located here:
 http://www.terrysphotostudio.com/

Well, I downloaded jb-responsive 2-template_1.4.3.zip. and I installed it on the site. It said that the installation was successful. Then I upgraded the verson of PHP for the sit from 5.6.40 to 7.0.33 and went back to the site and everything went kerflewy (all messed up). I had to go in and change the PHP version back which I keep getting messages saying that version 5.6.40 is deprecated. What is going wrong?

AMAN SAID:
You may kindly change the PHP version to 7x so as to troubleshoot the relative issue as mentioned and have the PHP version update stay for sometime when the issue is being investigated or share the cPanel credentials in edit fields enabling us to change the PHP version on fly and thereon, troubleshoot

ELIZABETH:
So, I have given you the cPanel credentials for you to change the PHP version and see what happens to the site along with all of the other credentials.

Thank you for troubleshooting this site,
Elizabeth

Please let me know if you received all of the credentials needed to troubleshoot this.
Thank you very much.
Elizabeth

    Hi Elizabeth,

I just logged into your site and it seems your site is still running with PHP5, we need to check your site in PHP 7 to investigate further for you.

If possible, you can clone your live site to a test / staging site and share me the login info, I will check for you.

    Regards

betsywallace As apparently seen, The ZenTools module isnt appearing which has been assigned to tabs position after upgrading to php 7x for which and also for troubleshooting purposes, I would suggest to kindly download and update to latest version of specific module as you seem to have quite older version installed

    Upgrade Method:
You can install new version directly over this version. Uninstallation is not required.

Would suggest to also take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Thank you so very much. That worked! Have a great day. Elizabeth
