Upcoming Events Module Install Error

Purchased most recent DT Register and downloaded the component and several modules/add-ons, but when I attempt to install the upcoming events module I get the following error:

Any ideas what is causing this?

jlmusicacademy . Seems need to update joomla . Please try it again after updating joomla

gslitt91 - Everything shows up-to-date. My Joomla version is 3.9.2.

please share your FTP details , as error is from joomla core file .

I should mention that my Joomla site was created using a quickstart package/template from Joomshaper. Everything else works fine in the template. It's only DT Register modules that are throwing this error (I actually received this error with three different DTH modules...other DTH modules/plugins installed okay).
