it install perfectly with no errors but when you login to administrator it says error
and in front end does not look like theme

You need to install quickstart package with sample data.
As you can see the steps here https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/other/quickstart-installation
Since your site already has Joomla it will not install on it, you need to create a new folder and install it again with sample data.

Let us know if you get any error with error screenshot.

i know... as i say i have installed the quickstart with demo information... when i enter the admin panel it mark error and i cant see anything

I will help you to install the package again, kindly allow me to delete current site and install it again.
Please provide me, DB username, password and DB name in edit fields option that you want to use,

I checked your site and try installation, the DB type on your server is not Mysql or Mysqli

Please ask the hosting provide to add support for the Mysql DB so the installation of sample data will be done on it.

Its a postergre mysql i hace MySQL too but when i was installing the quickstart It just let me select postergre mysql

Kindly contact to your hosting provide as its not from Joomla or the quickstart package
I added a Joomla installation as well and it has same issue you can add this after site domain name /j4/installation/index.php#
this is Joomla package and has same issue.
