hi

i moved my website to another hosting

and still not able to upload any images to GURU...I start to find that ordinary...
answer from my new hosting support:
I've set 755 permission for the image folder images/guru and the issue persists. I even tried to set a different folder as the Media Storage for images but the issue persists. There are no error messages in the logs and I don't see any permission issue for the folders in your account.
can you please correct that bug

    Hi
The issue is from the server, still its giving same error. I also tried to add new folder via FTP.
But its gives error 550 New directory: Disk quota exceeded
There must be permission/ownership issue .
Its something i can not fix in Guru, if server not able to allow the file permission.
The permission of Guru images folder is showing wrong.

can you give me you cpanel login in Edit fields option, i will have a look again, if i can found anything wrong in it.

i modify the ftp field of this post for the new cpanel login
i dont understand how i moved a permission file from one hosting to the other
i will try to install the component on my third hosting (hostgator) if it's do it too...

ath is the guru folder i want to check the permission...

I changed permission for the directory for Guru images.
Glad to hear it works now 🙂

Since the issue is fixed, i am closing this thread. If you have any issue in future, do not hesitate to open a new thread.
