unable to change the metadata from global configuration aswell home menu
hbfites11 Hi The meta data is Joomla core Joomla options and work normally fine, Could you Edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff, so i can take a look on it,

I tried editing on both Global Configuration aswell on Menu. the changed metadata not reflecting on website.

hbfites11 Hi Do not add site login in public post. On your site there is 3rd party SEO extension that saved this information in DB. http://prntscr.com/md2ror When you edit the page on frotend you can see it icons to change the meta.
uninstalled the SEO plugin/component, than to nothing happens
hbfites11 Hi Removal of extension does not remove the database table changes, you need to manually delete all the tables as well. Or install the extension and changes the values from extension first and save it.
