I signed up only to buy the template Commportal. I'm having some trouble with it, because it conflicts with a component, leaving my whole site blank.
I'm starting to get frustrated, because my site have now been down for 3 days, waiting for someone to have a look, following posting the forum. This waitingtime caused my subscription to expire, so I had no choise but to sign up again, only for the support.
So, the bottom line is, I have now payed a good deal of money for a template that doesnt work. I cant put my site live, because that would mean using another template, and you guys not being able to see the problem. Therefore my question is, what can I as a customer expect in terms of support responstime ?
