How do I control the spotlight column order in mobile view?

Hi, may I know how to control the spotlight column order in mobile view?

For example, when I use the left right column spotlight, I found that when it turn to the mobile view, the order will be left at upper and the right will be lower side , I would like to make the right be the upper side.

Hi,

It should be follow the grid system of Bootstrap, when the screen is smaller, the grid on right side should display in next row.
