When loading the Oslo template, particularly after Emptying Cache and Hard Reloading, the menu/header area temporarily expands in size, giving a rather bad impression. I've attached an image to explain.
Is there anyway to prevent this expansion?
cemsdb Hi In your screenshot the page is in loading state and not yet full loaded all the style. I tried hard refresh in my Google chrome and there is no issue : http://prntscr.com/mdjrp9 Allow the page to fully load on browser to see complete output. There is no prevention since the page is not loaded it does not show well.
