Build.r Offcanvas

Hi,

I'm using the Build.r template and tying to get a handle on my mobile presentation. After updating to the latest version, my Offcanvas is no longer showing any menu items. The trigger and bar appear when triggered, but no menu content.

Also, I am not clear on how to get a mobile logo visible. Is that a separate module published to that position?

Can you add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.

dgregan Kindly check as admin panel isnt accessible now with the default link /administrator appended and returning with 404 error as seen in screenshot. Could be that secret key access is enabled

dgregan Quite weird issue as the off-canvas menu is appearing in both responsive emulator and mobile so the functionality is working as envisaged however the menu items dont reflect in realtime in mobile. Tried adding custom CSS with color and z-index declarations however the issue persists.

Have requested other team members also to take look. Please be patient while we revert back

dgregan Have requested once again. Please be patient as someone should revert back soon. There had been some holidays in the midst on occasion of Lunar new year in Vietnam due to which several team members/dev team had been on leave

Also, Kindly dont enable 3rd party extension - CoalaWeb Contact which is creating JS conflict henceforth resulting in off-canvas menu functionality to not work. Would suggest use compatiable 3rd party extension which could derive similar purpose as sought without conflicts

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect.

Have also reported this with JA Dev. Team and probably, the bug should be fixed in upcoming version

You may kindly try to remove the code as annotated in screenshot. File reference - templates\buildr\tpls\blocks\menu.php

Would suggest to take backup of your current file before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

I removed the code you indicated and it eliminated my menu bar from my main site. It did not correct the problem with the offcanvas menu. Anything I might have missed?

dgregan To narrow down the relative issue, Kindly confirm if the menu items reflected fine with the specific feature turned off (being quoted for reference)
