Hi, how do i change the page title. I tried everything i possibly know but it's still same.

Also, when i active the "off canvas", i see a menu inscription and i don't want that. I only want to see the "off canvas" when the website shrinks to a smaller size.

    Regarding website title you should edit your default menu item home and change title

    For your second question you should enable the Collapse navigation for small screens
