Uber won't update through Joomla update

The following items will not update when I attempt it from the Joomla backend. There is no error message, the page just refreshes.

JA ACM Module
JA Masshead Module for J25 & J3x
JA System Google Map plugin for Joomla 2.5 & J3.x
Uber Template

You cannot update them via Joomla backend , you have 2 options

1) Download them and install via joomla installer
2) Update them using ja extension manager
