I am a longstanding JoomlaBamboo customer.
I love the templates and the support USED TO BE excellent.
I invested in the NEW, HIGHER PRICED subscription because I trusted the new ownership to DO A GOOD JOB.
That is not the case.
NOW the support is ... NOT GOOD.
I am having trouble communicating with the support techs (I do not know their names, they are all "administrator")
They do not read the entire question, answer half of it, and leave me hanging.
The answers are incomplete.
They do not know the template CSS as well as Paul Burndred did, and they do not understand English or write answers in English as well as he did.
It takes three, or four, or five question/response cycles to get an issue resolved and I am falling behind in my work for my clients.
What shall I do ?
Shall I look for another template maker ?
OR can you guys get it together and make it AS GOOD or BETTER than it was before ?
I need to know, and I need to know SOON, please.
