Can you check the issue with default Jooma template.
I am not sure the cause of error without checking it on your site.
I suggest you to put the site live and share a temp super user login via Edit fields option for staff.

every thing was ok untill I assigned the last one (slideshow)

Edit fields option is only visible to staff/Mods/Admin.
Please take a look on my screenshot to see the option.
You can change or block the user login when your issue is fixed.

The error is from Top comment module (k2 comment) It seems module is not working with latest Joomla, I disabled and the site is working now.
I suggest you to report the error on K2 forum so developer will have look on it.

For JAEM, the update work only for Joomlart extensions.

I disabled 3rd party extension/module one by one to see if it works and after disable K2 comment it start working.
