Installed the extension but from the config samples on live demo site cant get it to look like in the live demo. Any other links with more detail I can follow.

propolis Hi You need to add Intro image for all the articles : http://prntscr.com/mgrjqh To show thumbnail. Kindly use same size of images so the thumbnail will be same in width and height.

Thank you for the reply.
This wont help us as we don't always add images to our news articles and all we wanted is to open the news article in a popup
I will continue to look for extension that opens news article in popup.

propolis You can take a try for it, JA Content popup follow default Joomla option to add image and even all new template too support Joomla article option for images. You should add the image via images and links option to get a smooth layout view.
