macrogy Thanks for posting the screenshot
Can you add your admin and cPanel details in edit fields in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.
You may change the PHP version enabling us to troubleshoot the relative issue as mentioned however kindly ensure that you let the PHP version update stay for sometime when the issue is being investigated or, Can we try and change php version conveniently through cPanel option as the same would enable us to review without you having to wait until we troubleshoot with site being down for the certain duration
Also, Some troubleshooting steps you may try --
1. First and foremost, You may kindly update the template to latest version as suggested by teitbite ensuring to take backup of your site
2. Check if the MB string is enabled on PHP 7 (Ask with hosting provider)
2. Turn on error reporting to maximum to see for any specific error
3. Check with server log found in hosting panel for traces of error, if found
4. Try to disable 3rd party extensions one by one as there are some which are still not compatible with PHP 7

I spoke with the hoster, and i can't change the PHP Version on a subdomain.
Is it possible for you to test it local (akkeba-Backup)?

macrogy Is it possible for you to test it local (akkeba-Backup)?
Yes, You may kindly let me know when the latest akeeba backup is readily available enabling me to download the same and test on local (Wampserver - windows) with PHP 7.2x although it may cause untoward delays if the issue is to be reviewed by team members/development team too so would suggest to request your hosting provider if they may allow changing php version online on sub-directory too for testing purposes
I made a backup.

macrogy The akeeba backup file size is too large around 1.4 GB henceforth, getting interrupted and not being completed while downloading the same. Probably, You can decrease the akeeba backup size by excluding large files which dont hold much relevance in here in troubleshooting which would faciliate download with ease
Also, While enabling enabling debug system --> enabled from the Joomla! Global Configuration, System tab, by setting the Debug System option to "Yes" , Following error can be seen as seen in screenshot for which solution had been suggested here for the specific error however specific code snippet isnt there in index.php file of JB Ascent template due to which unable to figure out the precise issue
Have reported this with JA Dev. Team and will revert back as we get an update on the same
Thanks for your patience
ok. sorry i made know a backup without joomgallery. It is 140MB.
Hope it works for you.

As apparently seen, You already have last updated JB ZenTools Module installed. To be precise, Kindly let us know the direct site link where specific module is published enabling to troubleshoot the relative error as mentioned
Will also get in touch with JA Dev. team to see if we have updated module package in repository
