    macrogy Hi Thomas,

You may let us know when the site has been made online on some link in order to take closer look

    Regards

macrogy How can i post you the login and ftp information?

Please refer to this forum post (step-5) which will act as guiding factor in order to post credentials

You can add the details in format outlined below in edit fields under respective headings :

    Site admin account
    Admin panel username/password
    Ftp info (host, user, pass)
    Cpanel link url, username, password

    ok i get it.

Now i have activeted the template Protostar with php7.2
Template Ascent would be perfect with php 7.2.

    Thanks
    Thomas

      macrogy Hi Thomas,

Can you also add your cPanel details in edit fields which would enable to switch over the php version as and when needed in order to troubleshoot the relative issue without impacting the site uptime

I spoke with the hoster, and i can't change the PHP Version on a subdomain.
Is it possible for you to test it local (akkeba-Backup)?

macrogy Is it possible for you to test it local (akkeba-Backup)?

Yes, You may kindly let me know when the latest akeeba backup is readily available enabling me to download the same and test on local (Wampserver - windows) with PHP 7.2x although it may cause untoward delays if the issue is to be reviewed by team members/development team too so would suggest to request your hosting provider if they may allow changing php version online on sub-directory too for testing purposes

macrogy The akeeba backup file size is too large around 1.4 GB henceforth, getting interrupted and not being completed while downloading the same. Probably, You can decrease the akeeba backup size by excluding large files which dont hold much relevance in here in troubleshooting which would faciliate download with ease

Also, While enabling enabling debug system --> enabled from the Joomla! Global Configuration, System tab, by setting the Debug System option to "Yes" , Following error can be seen as seen in screenshot for which solution had been suggested here for the specific error however specific code snippet isnt there in index.php file of JB Ascent template due to which unable to figure out the precise issue

Have reported this with JA Dev. Team and will revert back as we get an update on the same

        Thanks for your patience

ok. sorry i made know a backup without joomgallery. It is 140MB.
        Hope it works for you.

macrogy Hope it works for you.

The akeeba backup isnt extracting henceforth unable to deploy the site on localhost. Ref: Screenshot of the error which is appearing

Had also reported the relative issue with JA Dev. Team as stated in trailing forum post. Please be patient while we revert back

          macrogy

As apparently seen, You already have last updated JB ZenTools Module installed. To be precise, Kindly let us know the direct site link where specific module is published enabling to troubleshoot the relative error as mentioned
