Problem with Article Videos

Hello Support,

I have several problems with the Ja Allure video system...

Videos uploaded local
A. The article thumbnail system no longer seems to work with videos that are uploaded locally
B. In the articles > source ... I cannot access my folders images/videos
Embed codes don't work
A. When I add embed codes with player controls turned on, the videos displays properly but doesn't play.
B. When I add embed code with player controls off, theres just a black space where the video should be.

Here's an example of the embed code that I tested:

Most of my clients videos are on this platform so I need to make this embed code work if possible...

For youtube there is no need to use embed code as there is dedicated option for it you can select video type as youtube.

The script you shared is not iframe code

Hello Pankaj,

Thank you very much for pointing out that the code was not in a iframe wrapper. Problem solved.

The issue with the tthumbnails for local videos remain. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions
for that problem?

Excuse the pingpong, I'll try to be more specific.

So the problem is yes the thumbnails show on the intro article sections and modules.
However, the "full article images" are not displaying on videos that are loaded local.

A. The full article image works perfectly on the youtube and vimeo videos.

B. But not on the local videos and the videos loaded w embed code.

The embed code videos are not in control for the player, its directly fetch from the code/script added in article, the thumbnail is use to show on the media list pages.
In other local video, i noticed the video type is not /m4v, ogv. The local media supported is mp4 and the current video does not have any thumbnail in it.

Ok I'll convert the .mov files to mp4 and test.

The video that I gave as an example... the Nasa Astronaut has thumbnail on both
video image section, and both article image sections.

But anyway I'll contact you again after I have time to test the mp4.
