Hello. I want to change the look of the menu, size, color etc. In which file can i find it and where cani find it in the file?

The style is defined in template.css file
/templates/ja_onepage/local/css/themes/defaultaangepast-2/template.css
you can override the code using custom.css file
here is the code

.t3-mainnav .navbar .nav > li > a:hover {
    background: transparent;
    color: #eee;}
		.t3-mainnav .navbar .nav > li > a {font-size:14px;color:#fff;}
		.t3-mainnav .navbar .nav > li.active > a, .t3-mainnav .navbar .nav > li.active > a:hover {
    background: transparent;
    color: #eee;
}

Change the values as per needs
