CSS compression & JavaScript compression issue

Hello,
I've experienced some issues regarding enabling CSS compression & JavaScript compression in "Advanced settings" tab of template settings. When I enable one of them or both the website is starting not to load anymore and shoves error "ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED"

You have also a php version (7.3.1) on which template is not tested yet

Try to decrease php version to a lower one

disable Gzip compression from global configuration

I've tried PHP version 7.2 but site stop working so I was forced to revert back to 7.3.1 version.
Currently, I've installed the "JCH Optimize" plugin to handle the compression.

You may try to upgrade to stable version i.e. 7.3.2 or PHP 5x stable version to see if it helps resolving the relative issue

Currently, I've installed the "JCH Optimize" plugin to handle the compression.

Or, Kindly confirm if still willing to enable the in-built compression in template settings or using JCH optimize for now
