Is it possible to add a fee depending on the payment method they select as the payment gateways like stripe and Paypal take a nice 2 - 2.5 % off the amount

    At the moment there is no option to add additional feed based on the Payment gateway, I will share your feedback with development team on this for further discussion on it for future updates.
