Full collapse of accordion/ CSS changes

Hi.

I'm using Joomlart Advanced Custom Module to make an Accordion on my dev site before deploying to main site.

Will this work with joomla 3.9.2

I am using JA Accordion.

It works perfectly but how can I get all of the accordion to be closed by default?

Looked at another post here, but cant find the directory structure mentioned in the post.

replace it with

display: -1,

save file, clear cache and check.

We can continue with this thread as the specific query relates to module in question 🙂

The core CSS which describes the style of elements for specific module is stored in /modules/mod_jaaccordion/assets/css/style.css.

To be precise, You may kindly let us know if any styling changes needed enabling us to assist further

As JA Biz template is assigned which is built on the robust T3 Framework , Additional CSS can be added in custom.css file due to salient features it offers

Thank you very much.

I would like it to look very much like the image if possible, just the outline thin and grey and top and bottom colors.
Also, noticed that when I click one line, it expands, but then I cant close it if I click on it, one line will always stay open until I refresh the page, then all is collapsed.
Also, I would like the text to be indented

To avoid override open open /html/mod_jaaccordion/default.php" in template "ja_biz".
add this file as this path : local/html/mod_jaaccordion/default.php" in template "ja_biz".

The customization you want need many changes and new style, you can use firebug/inspect element to check the style and add new style via custom.css file : http://prntscr.com/mlsi22
It does not seem very simple as the screenshot you added is pretty different like a table .

Just outer line / borders, text spacing, border thickness etc ( its just a sample from a table to show css needed) - I sort of managed some of it, but the bottom border does not show

Also the borders does not show when the line / row expands

Also, after opening accordion, it wont collapse when I click on the line again, it just stays open.

propolis Hi. I understand, but it's adding of a new style, which is a customization to the template. I'm afraid we do not support that, so You will have to do that on Your own. As Pankaj said, please use developer tool to play with style values and copy them to custom.css file.

OK, I understand. I used some tools but did not ended up with the correct results as I mentioned the left and right borders dont show when row expanded as well as it does not collapse closed once opened. I have reached the limit of my knowledge.

So, thank you all for advice and help so far with this.

I will need to revert back to the original module which we dont want to use.
