Parallax Scrolling Problem

I would like to use parallax scrolling similar to what is on the Quark demo site. I have to foreground images scrolling fine but my background images are static and don't scroll like the one on the demo site. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

May I know which style you're trying to achieve?

I found the problem. JS scrolling was disabled. Parallax is working fine now but there is one minor problem. I alternate between 2 background images. The second instance of one image appears to be stretched. I confirmed that all the advanced options are the same. Any thoughts about how I can fix this?
