Captcha Error On Email Button

Hello, we are using the Uber template and we are experiencing problems when you click on the email button on the toolbar that also has the font sizer. The error reads - Captcha plugin not set or not found. Please contact a site administrator.

We are using Mathguard captcha and this appears to be working perfectly on on our Contact Us page (http://marinercomputerservices.com/index.php/contact-us-quick). In the Global Configuration, there is NO Default Captcha set and the combo box is not enabled for us to change it.

I have attached an image where I have circled both the e-mail button and the error message displayed in the new window. Please help us to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if this is not the appropriate forum, please could you direct us to the appropriate forum?

I enabled re captcha and it seems to works fine - error it is showing now it is referred to a wronk key added to it

You should login to your google account and set a proper ReCaptcha Key for your website then add them in CAPTCHAContent plugin

pavit Hello, thanks for your quick response. However, I'm not sure what site you logged into but it does not seem to have done anything. We did previously have a ReCaptcha plugin installed but I uninstalled it and removed the site's recaptcha listing using my Google account. The error message I can see is still the one that I specified earlier (Captcha plugin not set or not found. Please contact a site administrator.) Mathguard's captcha is still displaying on the Contact Us page (http://marinercomputerservices.com/index.php/contact-us-quick) and we have cleared out browser cache and the site cache.

Please could you tell us which website you did log into? It might be one of our other websites.

Please can you have another look using the web address (http://marinercomputerservices.com) and the login details previously provided.

I logged into your main website as you can see from image below

As you can see it is showing the recaptcha V2

Error showed is referred to a wrong key added to the plugin -

I have also installed and enabled Joomla ReCaptcha plugin with key used in other plugin and error showing is the same as you can see from image below .

So you should generate a correct recaptcha key for your website from HERE - the one used now from both plugins is not vaild for your website.
