link and heading color doesn't work with background color

on a JA Builder page I have an overlay image, then on the block I have set the background to white.
But when I set the background to white the link color does not work and just looks like plain text.
Link on the page supplied is the text 'Steering Group' on the third paragraph.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Unable to locate the specific link on site page as mentioned in edit fields. To be precise, Can you provide screenshot of the same enabling to find the link expeditiously
