I can´t to put the 640 itemID suffixes for 101 itemID
I´m trying to put the image show module on the bar and the transparency too but it´s impossible

teitbite I have installed the gk box template and I´m trying to put the image show module working right but it appear under the main menu instead of the same main menu with transparency.
Then I have seen about the problem cause the fact home page is ID 101 instead of 640, I was trying to change the suffixes for 101 Id but I can´t, there is a problem with this

Site admin account
Admin panel username/password
Ftp info (host, user, pass)
ftp hostname, username, password

aman204 I have change ftp account details and all is tested and it´s ok, I have open access for url and ftp for countries non spanish spoken

"Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server"

Will request other team member to see if they are able to access ftp. Please be patient while we revert back

Kindly try and update to the latest version of GK Box as the same comes with updates/improvements and various bug fixes.

Upgrade Method:
You can install new version directly over this version. Uninstallation is not required.

Would again suggest to take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Also, Could see some code variations from default stage in template files. Will suggest to kindly not make changes about which you arent sure as this can create uncertain/unexpected issue or hindrances in functionality e.t.c

As you can see I installed the latest version 1.0.8 just a week ago and I´ve seen no other is published, so I don´t know which improvements or bug fixes you refer aman204
I have installed at same time in other folder the quickstart version and the problem is the same: I can´t put the image show module in correct position and the main menu bar is not transparent
If you can help us... I have work with other GK templates during years and all was ok but I don´t understand what is happening with this one

As apparently seen with closer observation, The template version appears right however there had been bit of confusion due to version date variance

Have made some changes in /templates/gk_box/layouts/default.php to reinstate code snippet from default template which is used for page class suffix functionality however change isnt reflecting

You may check with your hosting provider if they have some server-side caching enabled due to which modifications or changes in respective files might not reflect at times. Due to this, the site might store and reflect old webpages irrespective of changes or modifications being done at times due to same being enabled
