GK Contact Form

I'm struggling to get the form to work or even show the captcha. Even without the captcha the form reloads the home page every time. My test emails reach me no problem.

I do notice that the address tab is missing from the plugin (GK Contact)
RSFirewall is off
PHP 7
Joomla 3.8.7

Any ideas please?

Can you also add your admin details in edit fields so as to take closer look

Also, You may wish to view this tutorial in order to ensure that the plugin is configured properly

I've tried uninstalling the plugin and adding a new one from the 'restoffiles' but the address doesn't appear in the plugin's tab.

Can you try re-installing the package from here again --> download file named GK creativity rest files J!3 --> Unzip and install plugin named plg_gkcontact_creativity_FOR_NEW_RECAPTCHA.zip as I have tried installing the same on my local install and the address sub-tab appears fine

aman204 Yes that got it this time. I had to uninstall twice as it had problems with the language file. The only problem I see now is there is no confirmation of email being sent (despite being received). The page loads the home page and nothing else..... Thanks by-the-way 🙂
