I've attached an image - this error message appears beneath the header, while it is fading up - it's happening in PHP 7.1 and 7.2. (I snapped the screenshot while the header was still at low alpha.)

This is a warning and not an error , it doesn't compromise your website functionality and you can disable it from showing from global configuration -> display errors = None
