downloaded JA Healthcare packages "All" and there are no pictures as displayed on the demo website for JA.
All pictures have placeholders....ex gray with print "1600x450"

The package does not have the picture to reduce the quickstart package size and give a correct way to help users to mentioned the size, so you can replace the current image with your own image with same size.
Also its not related to JA Builder, its JA Healthcare template.
