      This morning I had contact with your developer and he fixed my problem. He told me this will be included in the next release.

      maybe you can help your developer by giving him the link to the substr function at php.net? This is all that is needed when sending the information to sofort.com to solve this error. I guess its 10 minutes work. Clients continue asking us daily via email about paying by sofort.
