Proplem with Google maps

Hi,

we have a problem with google maps. It is not working well. We have a api key but nothing. We have tried to insert a iframe code from google maps into a text field (in the code) but when we publish desapear. Can somebody help us? Many thanks

marco17 Hi. The message "This page can't load Google Maps correctly." means that the API is not correct. Not so long ago Google has placed payments to their maps, so all the APIs got to be refreshed and an agreement needs to be checked. Please regenerate the API code.

But is it possible to use the code from google maps to insert the map?

I have tried to insert in the text field in the source code, te map is showed well in build mode but then when i pubblish dissapear.

In this case, you need to regenerate API key for the google map.

Hi Marco,

Yes, you can try this way:

1 - Go to Admin panel > Extensions > Modules > create a new custom HTML module and add the iframe code above. (Remember to disable the Default Editor in Global Configuration first as it will strip out this iframe tag)

2 - Edit builder page > select a text field > clone it to have a new one: https://prnt.sc/tbiwuu

Then change the 'Text' type to "Widget"

3 - Hit the settings icon >> and choose 'Module' content type and select the module you created in 1st step: https://prnt.sc/tbixwx
