Contact page not sending email

The contact page form doesn't send out an email.
quick contact does, but the actual form doesn't?

Did you tested the spam/junk folder of email. Also need to test the email is working or not on server
Open Joomla global configuration and send a test email. If there is no email received, the problem is from your server its not sending email.

I tried to check it, but your submitted Joomla login is not working, kindly check and correct them.

I did try the test email, and it worked.
I adjusted the login info in the submission.

You may try the following for troubleshooting purposes :

Assign default Joomla template to see if issue still persists
Try the troubleshooting tip here
View mail logs for some particular errors

Found the error.. the custom reply must be set to off in 3 separate places. else it will not send from the Joomla contact page. the custom module works great though.
