I followed the steps provided by aman204 in another post but am still having the same problem, the magnifying glass is not being displayed. I confirmed that the path to FontAwesome is correct and I added the magnifying glass code from the FontAwesome cheatsheet. Following are two screen shots, 1 from Chrome and 1 from Safari. Any assistance will be greatly appreciatedl

    Hi,

    When inspecting element on your site, I see 404 error for the path of FontAwesome on your site, kindly share admin + FTP account of your site, I will take a look.

        Thanks for your help with this saguaros. I was able to fix the 404 error by renaming the directory and the site works fine now. However, I expect this will fail with the next upgrade so I am a bit curious how the FontAwesome got out of sync. There are references to FontAwesome and font-awesome. Do you know which one is correct?

          Sorry saguaros, I did some more testing and found another problem.

          This is what it is supposed to look like (from the demo)

          But for some reason the FontAwesome icons aren't displaying. Here is a screenshot where I inspected the element and it looks like everything loaded fine but for some reason isn't displaying.

            I recreated the site from scatch and now the icons are working.
