Import page from file functionality do not work!

Hi for some reason I can not import the page!?

When I click to import - import to current page ---> From File and when I click IMPORT BUTTON NOTHING HAPPEN.

How this can be fixed and why it is happen?

Could you share the file that you're trying to import?

and share the admin + ftp account also + tell me the page you want to import to, I will try and see how it goes.

This happen to other Ja bulider template websites (it is easy to export page but can not be imported)

I just tried to export the home page from theworldgame site and imported to my local site and it works properly. (screenshot)
