If you are looking forward to similar functionality as seen on demo site, You can change to module style > style > carousel
I'm not looking for nothing like that. The event-slider of the Upcoming New Events is not working properly. Do you want me to change the text of the block in the website to english for you to see better? I will send you a print screen but I don't have time now only later. Can you please check my homepage adpbeja.pt and see the configurantion in the module?

Problems were in your articles type events - i created a new events category and named it joomlart-events and added to it a new event taken from our demo , as you can see the layout now is correct
Please follow event layout demo to create new event articles
