This template support special style for contact menu masthead.
If you do not want to use the view like in demo.
Kindly open file "/html/com_contact/contact/default.php" in template "ja_diner".
Find and remove this code
$masthead = JLayoutHelper::render('joomla.contact.masthead', array('item' => $this, 'params' => $params));
And for Gallery page its not selected in module assignment so it was not showing : http://prntscr.com/mrre2k
