    Hi,

After digging deeper on this, the culprit came from the joomla layout override in template: templates/buildr/html/layouts/joomla/edit/params.php

I check the default package of this template but we don't override this layout. At this moment, I rename this file so the files can display.

I added some custom CSS in 'custom.css' file also.

    Kindly check.

    Hi,

Thanks for looking in to this further and tracking down the problem. It’s seems to be working as it should on the test page that I set up which is this one

    https://sylan-washrooms.uk/brochure

But on the page linked to the main menu

    https://sylan-washrooms.uk/download-brochure

Is there something else in the params files that could change in order for it to show? This download is shown through a custom module rather than directly to the menu system.

Thank you once again fir all the help you’ve given in this matter, I really appreciate it.

      Hi,

I made another test in my local and found out that the custom HTML module (with link of OsDownload) will show custom fields only if that page has menu item of OsDownload.

      1. I have homepage type of Articles > Single Article > assign to Protostar template + assign custom HTML module to this page =>> Results: no custom field displays
      2. I create a test page type of OsDownload > single file > assign to Protostar + custom HTML module, all of fields show up

Could you confirm this with provider of OsDownload component first?

      Hi

I have decided to stick with all downloads going from the one page (where the menu item is OsDownloads) rather than trying to get the custom html module working as at least we are now able to capture the data needed.

Thank you again for all your help and perseverance with this. It really is appreciated.

      Best wishes

      Heather
