Hi, I'm trying to create custom fields for a brochure download link. I have been in touch with the people who made the plugin (OSDownloads by JoomlaShack) and it seems to be a problem with the Buildr template as it works ok using the Prostar template;

    Hi,

    I've not used that OSDownloads extension before, could you clarify the detailed step to create these custom fields and how you use with OSDownloads extension? I will try to replicate issue and check for you.

      heather-king Hi. While looking at the page I've noticed that jQuery is not loaded for this particular page:

      Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

      Please make sure jQuery is enabled or use Easy jQuery plugin to overwrite any settings and load jQuery local version for any page.

        Hi, thank you for your reply. How do I check to see whether jQuery is loaded properly for that page. I have Easy jQuery but I'm not sure if I've overwritten the settings properly.

          heather-king Hi. In Easy jQuery plugin in the tab for jQuery simply activate it and where You are being asked for the version to use simply select Local installation. That should be all. if You will have problems to set it up let me know so I'll log and will do that for You.

            What ever I had done in terms of Easy jQuery had stopped the functionality of the page working altogether. The banner image didn't show at the top and the link to download the brochure didn't work either.

              heather-king Hi. I've just logged in and indeed it wasn't configured at all. Anyway after I did it made no difference on the custom fields, so I've disabled is. With jQuery being loaded finally I've noticed that there is one more javascript issue with googletagmanager. Can You please try to disable it and see if it makes any difference?

                Hi, I removed the configuration on Easy jQuery this morning as I could see it wasn't working and had also stopped other element on the page working. I have tried disabling googletagmanager and that doesn't seem to have made any difference either.

                  I try the free version of OSDownload but can't see the download fields as mentioned in the guide, is possible, share me the package of OSDownload via the email: sales@joomlart.com so I can investigate further on this for you.

                          Perhaps you're using old version of template, I just tested with a dev site with the package you sent and it works normally (screenshot)

                          Try to take a full backup of your site and update latest version for JB OnePageTwo template.

                              I still see the old version of JB Onepagetwo template on your site now, if you have a test / staging site, try to update latest version for this template there and see how it goes.
