I just upgraded the Ad Agency with the newest update. All my settings for Social Stream ads are the same and it says it is active, however, not a single advertisement is showing up while scrolling through the Stream Feed.

Wondering if it's anything I may have accidently overlooked or if the new update has a little bug?

          Please go to Settings - Geo targeting and please be sure that all files are set in page. We changed the files and some more changes there and must be set up again.
          GeoLite2-City.mmdb
          geoip/geoip2.phar
          Please set them again and let me know how it works.

              Ninja , I Believe my server only authenticates through SFTP, not regular FTP. I think you would need a PPK file in addition to the login credentials.

                alindinca , thank you. Those files are in place and it reads as "installed." No ads are yet showing in the stream area.

                    In recent release the Geo location data is updated, you must have the latest files that are changed now.
                    For FTP, its still not working.

                        Ninja , yes, I know that the new release required all new files uploaded, which I did. In response to this reply, I just re-downloaded them and overwrote the previous one just to double verify. Still not getting any ads to display in the stream.

                        I have SFTP setup for this site, and requires an SSH key setup on my server. I do not know how I would grant you access to the files through regular FTP.

                          Please log to FTP or CPANEL and set permissions to read/write for this directory:
                          [SITE-ROOT]/geoip
                          When you load the site in that directory should automatically create some new files and folders. After this, you will be available to see the ads in JomSocial stream.

                          I went into my FTPS with FilZilla, changed the permissions of those files to where they are now 777. This still is not showing up in my Social Stream just yet. Thank you. What else can I try to fix this?

                              Hello, I was following up to see if there is an update or progress with my Ads not showing in the Stream? It was operating perfectly fine until this past update, and it hasn't worked since. I have attempted to reinstall the updated version, but it still is not showing in the Stream as yet.

                                    alindinca, my site setup for FTPS and SSH keys. I can't even log in with out them. I am on the Google Cloud Virtual Machine. I do not know how to get you logged in, but I do need this taken care of.

                                    All I know it is worked just fine prior to the latest update, and nothing else changed.

                                      I uploaded some files that must be automatically created when some user load adagency pages. Now I can see this new error:
                                      Unexpected file extension in "phar://geoip2.phar/vendor/composer/../../src/Database/Reader.php"
                                      This seems to be a restriction or something on server. Can you please contact your server support to ask about this issue, maybe there must be set some settings or you need to increase the php version.

                                      alindinca, my php version is 7.1.24, which I believe is the most current version. I can see the new files added in the geoip folder I created. That file is set with 777 permission, so it should have full read/write permissions.

                                      Should I remove the geoip file and see what happens? Maybe attempt to reinstall it, as it is present and showing. As well, for some reason, I am not getting a notification email when you reply to this thread. That has never happened before either.
