Not possible to navigate to submenus in mobile view

Hello, when i woke up this morning i could only access to that submenu once. I cannot access /servicios/test in mobile view anymore with a samsung s8+ and not with two differente pcs, pressing F12 and toggle device toolbar. Please, test it more times and use a pc in mobile view. Thanks.

I am using Google Chrome to test with F12 and toggle device toolbar. With Internet edge the mobile view in desktop is different from my mobile and desktop Chrome mobile behaviour.

Hello again 😛. I have emulated iphone behaviour with http://www.responsimulator.com/?url=test.gabinetedentalcarrizal.com , and yes, mobile menu works in iphone but Not in android devices. Please review it.

tobefg To troubleshoot, I have tried accessing your site on Galaxy S8 and the "test" sub-menu appears fine for me

Also, Checked your site here which simulate a wide range of devices and their capabilities wherein it appears fine

Hello, i have recorded a video so that you can see that i cannot access that submenu. It has been recorded in my desktop. Google Chrome desktop, Chrome mobile view, internet edge desktop and mobiIe and again chrome mobile. I will record it in my mobile if needed, please check it.

Responsive design simulator like Chrome DevTools' Device Mode and others can be deceiving at times in getting the actual output as these are primarily for emulating the output as you will also notice the difference being seen here for the respective issue with different emulators

You may kindly share the video recording through S8+ in order to review although I have checked your site in realtime on my S8 and the specific sub-menu works fine for me

Yep, you have to right click the link in the previous post, "save link as" and then play it with vlc.

Try add this to custom css field :

Now it works in Google chrome developer tool in mobile view, but still can't access second level menus in a smart phone. The event of a mouse hovering over a menu is not the same as the event of a finger tapping over a mobile screen. I will use internal links to access those menu items hoping you improve one day the menus in smart phones.
