How can I hide the default header / footer and main menu to replace with JA builder pages?

If I understand correctly, you want to have Header + Footer are blocks from JA Builder, right?

Basically, you will assign the menu item of that page to JA Builder template style, with this settings, Header + Footer will be JA Builder's blocks, the main content will depend on the menu item type of this page.

For example, you set menu item A with type of Single Article + assign to JA Builder template style, that page will show Header + Footer from JA Builder, the main content will be the content of that article.

Thanks but even the JA Builder pages have the default JA Company header and footer?

If a menu item has type of JA Builder page but it's assigned to JA Company template style, that page will show header + footer from JA Company, the main content part will be blocks from JA Builder.
