Layout lost when article is saved

Good day support Team,

I am building a website using the JA Sugite Template. I installed the quickstart version.
I am changing the articles under the Our Projects > Logo category and when I save the article the nice layout with the big first image and little ones to follow (brick layout) is lost.

I have set my editor to none, used the exact same size as your demo intro image in the first article but for some reason the system automatically adjusts the width of that first intro image to 250px when I hit save.

Am I being blonde or is there a setting somewhere I am not aware of?

ONERO Hi. Do You mean that the intro image is being resized? What is the size of the image during upload? Are those regular joomla articles? Pease provide an access to joomla panel.

Hi There,

Thank you for responding. In the meantime, I tried the photography category as well. Opened the Joomla article called "Integer est tortor" with the large demo image (550px x 550px), changed absolutely nothing, simply clicked on save and the image was resized in the front-end. In the back-end it is still 550px x 550px.

I attach some screenprints. Capture 1 shows how it should look. Capture 2 shows how it looks after saving.
I checked that I don't need to update any plugins or extentions and checked in different browsers. Something seems to be going wrong when an article is saved, even if no changes are made.

ONERO Hi. I've just checked and images are 550px, they are just being resized visually, but no change to the actuall file size has been done. Is that what You had in mind? You wish to disable the layout so all the images are visible as big as possible?

Please check the access to joomla panel given. It's not working.

Thank you, I want the layout as it is in the demo website so I think my answer would be yes. If I add a 500px x 500px I want it to display that size.
It was like the demo site when I installed but when I save the article the layout forces all images into a 225 x 225px layout.

ONERO You may check now. In reference to documentation excerpt - Portfolio Layout :

1) Have selected extra field group as "Portfolio" in specific category
2) Upon selection of extra field group, Extrafield Portfolio layout could be seen for articles assigned to specific category, through which you can select grid size accordingly in which you wish to change image size. Ref: Screenshot
