JA NEWSPRO MODULE, I can not update I feel like I don't have access,I can not save the change I made in JA News Pro Module like position or show hide I click save it does not get saved.
Please help.

You have an active subscript to get JA Pro module latest version.
You can use these steps to update Joomlart prodcuts : https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps
For saving issue, m checking it with development team, as this issue is only on your site.
Updates: our dev checked your site and noticed the problem is Ajax request is blocked by your server, that does not allow to run it. Kindly disable the firewall and check it.
It must allow the module ajax request to save settings.

As you can see the POST request were processed by our server just fine - it returned the 200 message. Please ask JoomlArt support for further help in this matter.

When i try to save module its giving error Access is not allowed. Please contact website webmaster or SiteGuarding.com support. Blocked IP address is 103.41.26.195
