Thanks, I have to develop my first 2019 site in the next 3 months and I need something a little bit more specific as I will choose a new template provider (I use RocketTheme for many years...) that have also a good wysiwyg drag & drop editor/page builder. In fact, only 2 template provider got what I want. My selection was also base on the possibility for that editor/page builder to be exacly the same in the frontend and when editing Joomla article.
On top of your helpful answers, I find somewhat good info here: https://www.joomlart.com/blog/joomlart-s-2018-review-and-plans-for-2019
To my question:
Is this mean that most of your existing templates (I guess the newer one) will be easily upgrade by a simple, normal template upgrade ?
From Joomlart
When Joomla 4 arrive (not expected before the end of 2019)
• All supported Joomla templates from our brands: JoomlArt, Gavick, Shape5, Joomlabamboo will be compatible with Joomla 4 (WIP)
• All supported frameworks: T3 Framework (ready), Zengrid Framework (Joomlabamboo), Vertex Framework (Shape5) and Gavern Framework (Gavick)
• T4 is native on Joomla 4 and our new templates on Joomla 4 will be based on the new framework
Last question on the templates:
—> Now can you give some names of the most recents Joomlart templates that will be upgradeable to Joomla 4 (... supported Joomla templates... as Joomlart mention on my link...)
Last question on Page Builder T3 / T4
—> Can you have more infos (by a Page Builder Dev, if possible) on the issues and migration of content build with the T3 builder when upgrade to Joomla 4 an to the T4 Builder on an actual “supported” template ?
I need theses answers to take my choice...
Thanks in advance!
