I would like to use tabs on the Ascent2 template. Is it possible? I believe my subscription allows for customizations. I want to know if it's possible first. If so I'd like to introduce them on the services page, https://www.knoxttdot.com/glenc/index.php/services and the About Us page, https://www.knoxttdot.com/glenc/index.php/about-us. Looking forward to feedback. Regarding the template, I am hoping you can place in the "Main Content' area of the 'Layout Control'.

Should this request be raised as a ticket? Is it more appropriate there?

    Hi,

    Could you illustrate the modification you expect via screenshot so we can check?

    Below is a screenshot of what I want.

    So I guess the tabs would be a module I can place in the maincontent area of the layout. I want to place the module on the 'Services' page. The services page will have content but in the form of tabs. I guess if it has an article it will push the article down. The title for the Services page will show like normal but below the title will be the tabs. This is what the services page looks like now:

    here are the links for the screenshots:

    I've used JB templates before that show all articles under a category. So the tab shows all articles or article intro text and image and it has a 'read more' button. I don't want that, I want the whole article to show. No preview, just the whole article.

      Hi,

      I think you can try with an extension (plugin) for tabs, it will be easier.

      I went with the Joomlart tabs. But how do I use it? Do I have to create a 'Custom HTML' module and input the code they have in the instructions. like:

      {jatabs type="articles" ids="2,3" ajax=true view="introtext" position="left" widthTabs=150 width=530 animType="animMoveVir"} {/jatabs}

      I need help cause it looks really ugly. I've created a module called, "Tabs Testing". The content is coming from article id's 13 and 14, which is testing data. I used a 'custom html mdoule' with the following code:

      {jatabs type="articles" ids="13,14" ajax=false view="fulltext" position="left" widthTabs=100% width=100% animType="animMoveVir"} {/jatabs}

      I want the tabs to show like in the screenshot to the top. Horizontally aligned for starters. How do I do this?

      I installed the module in the 'below' position of the 'About Us' page, here is the link to the ugly looking tabs:

      I also installed the Gavick Pro but I'm trying things out with the Joomlart first. Help!!

      Hoping to get some help on this soon.

      Fixed. I used the Gavick Pro, much easier and the end result is what I want.
      Solved.
