Hello,

On a VM 3.4.2 shop with Joomla 3.8.12, a visitor can not ask a question from a product listing.
It appears at the time of sending an error message:
PLG_RECAPTCHA_ERROR_INCORRECT_CAPTCHA_SOL

Yet, in the general config of the shop,
Using ReCaptcha for account creation is unchecked
The joomla reCAPTCHA plugin is also disabled

Thanks for the screenshot, could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried to disable the use captcha option for 'Ask a question for product' and it works.
