It's been 3 months....
3-months since this ticket was opened and yet there is no resolve..
the only movement is someone over there tinkering with the contact page in an valiant attempt to recover what was lost; which at first I was grateful for.
Unfortunately, there is no resolve.
Unfortunately, support has done nothing to elevate this situation.
Unfortunately, we have all wasted 3-months of our lives for nothing short of shit support. 🙁
I once truly believed in Joomlart..
I was a big fan for many years.
However, this is really getting old. I even requested a different support member after a couple of months and continue to get the same person making the same errors in judgement, even after being warned repeatedly that this was a live website for a client... Having the contact page down during working hours isn't going to work. No warnings, just jump in and leave things where clients can't even use the contact page.. Why?!
For the love of life, either direct this ticket to someone with more experience, if that is possible or simply close it.
My only wish is that whatever is causing this awful experience with Joomlart support will one day change..
How much longer do you think a customer paying for the pro membership should truly wait?!
