JA Builder Block Not Showing in Live View - Only in Edit View

for some reason, what I have saved in JA Builder is not pubulating into live site. I can see it when editing, but should be there afterward in live view..

And one of the blocks is not showing only in edit.

Hi,

Did you create this Contact page from a fresh new page or this site was backed up from another site?

This page was created by first clicking on
-Create New Page from Library
Then I took the template from library and cleaned it up

Once done it worked fine.
However, now if I add anything or append, it won't save.

The publish button at top-right simply spins as though it is processing infinitely.
After a while I will just close it and re-open to see if it saved; which it did.

However, if viewing the site live you won't find any updated edits.

Heads up, JA Builder is up-to-date, along with Joomla.
I have tried to replicate this issue with a new page.

All that I can see being the problem is that if creating from library and editing anything, it will give same error.
However, if simply create new page from library and nothing else, then the publish button works properly.

I tried to use some pages from Library at my own site but could not replicate the same issue. May I know which page you import from Library so I can check?

Not sure, exactly.. However, you do have log in credentials to the site and there is only one page in question; which is the contact page.. Appreciate you taking a look at it.

Yes, I already checked that page but you customized it a bit, I just want to know which page in Library that you import:

so I can replicate the issue.

I can't remember exactly which one, but it doesn't matter as it seems to be for a lot of the templates..

Also, I like to add that the contact page for this site was created within JA Builder. The correct page is showing; however, if you go into editing the page it shows something completely different.

In an effort not to have to re-create the page, I am hoping you can make some sense of it. Especially since the one that is within JA Builder backend is incorrect and the one actually online as contact is correct.

I tried at my local site but can't replicate the same, I guess there is 3rd party extension from your site prevent this builder from working. Could you try to temporarily disable 3rd party extensions like AdminTools, etc ... first?

Yes, I removed permissions because whomever was in their last under your username didn’t put things back the way they were; I.e. a test page created on the main menu.

This is an active company website; so not returning to current state isn’t good.

I am noticing a trend with this particular page; as issue hasn't gone away. In fact, I just realized this was the same page that was causing trouble after attempting to edit page and noticed a different page displaying..

Afraid to make any further changes; as it may cause the current and correct contact page to go awol.

Did you create this page by using Contact us page from library also?

Its the same form giving even more issues...
As you may have seen, the contact page that is actually on the website (correct-one) isn't even located in JA Builder; which it was at one point.

If you see in menu, the ja builder is used and everything seems correct; except it isn't.

No way to edit contact page 🙁

There's definetely a glitch and sadly I disabled plugins and a lot of components and still nothing.

I've shared with our developer for further checking.

In the meantime, could you check the admin account again? as it seems not working now. If he can't replicate this issue (like I tried) I will try to re-create this page for you.

Do you mean logging into the backend of the site is working?

I just tried and everything is fine on my end.

Is it that you are not able to log in?
